Q. Why don't you sell parts any more? A. It was a real pain sorting out prices, stock etc and keeping the website updated. There was also no money in it. So I decided to focus on pedals. There is no money in them either, but there is a lot less administration! Q. Are your pedals safe? A. Yes. They take 9V DC, centre negative. The CE mark is required for all electronic products which take more than 75V DC. Q. How long does it take to get a pedal? A. That depends on the pedal, but four weeks is a decent guess. Q. Four weeks? A. Yeah. They are made when they are odered. Sometimes there can be a few in stock, but only if I've gone mad and made a bunch of them, which seldom happens. Q. You said something about a two-year guarantee. What's that all about? A. If your pedal stops working, I'll fix it for free up to two years from purchase date. But if it is broken because you broke it, then it won't be free - but only a small fee will be charged, depending on what needs to be done to fix it. In short, if it breaks, I'll fix it for free. If you break it, you pay! A good way to make sure that it doesn't break is 1) when you change the battery, don't fiddle with the other stuff inside. 2) Give the pedal 9 volts of DC current, centre negative. Check the adaptor you have to ensure that it's right. 3) Don't throw the pedals about. 4) Don't lend it to anyone. 5) Try and avoid pulling out the cables so often. Q. Can I choose the colour of the pedal? A. Yes. You can pretty much have any colour you want. Let me know before you order, NOT after! Q. Can I order a pedal if I don't live in Sweden? A. Most certainly! Let me know where you are so I can work out how much the postage will be. Note that if you are outside of the EU, you will probably be stung import fees. Q. How can I contact you? A. Here...
